Our Story

Eat Up Gud was founded in 2013 by Greg Falola. With a real entrepreneurial spirit as well as a strong sense for community, Greg and Eat Up Gud have been a staple at local markets in Liverpool. Greg is often joined by parter Minna, and one or both of his daughters. On the rare occasion the food doesn’t sell out, it gets donated to a shelter in Liverpool—making sure no food goes to waste!

Greg has also been catering for small and large events, weddings, birthdays, openings, and has been a regular in the food market for the musicians playing Africa Oyé as well as other music festivals.
